CRISP HARVEST SALAD.

This fall themed salad pairs well with just about any hearty autumnal dish. 

serves 2-3

- ingredients -

  • 4 C. butter lettuce, chopped

  • 4 T. green goddess dressing*

  • 1/4 C. walnuts, toasted

  • 3-4 turkish figs, sliced

  • 1 apple, chopped or sliced

  • shaved parmesan

- method -

  • In a medium sized bowl, toss the butter lettuce and dressing.

  • Plate, and top with toasted walnuts, figs, and apples.

  • Garnish with as much shaved parmesan as you desire!
